shipping policies

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:


Standard Shipping: [5–7 business days]

Expedited Shipping: [2–3 business days]

Overnight Shipping: [1 business day]


Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or due to carrier delays.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. International Shipping

We currently do ship outside of US. If international shipping is available:

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
